Statement(s) of Faith
The Church is not a building, institution, or a meeting. The Church is the Body of Christ, every believer who has been born again into Christ by faith. Ephesians 4:11-12 distinguishes between the ministry TO the Church and the ministry OF the Church, but there is no clergy/laity divide. There are not two groups: professionals and audience. Every believer is called to ministry - and gifted for it. New Life is an equipping ministry from verse 11. We exist to help believers abide in Christ and to stir up their own ministries through their spiritual gifts.
